Dial Machine utilizes over a dozen DeVlieg Spiramatic Jig Mils in
their contract machining operation. The majority of the machines
are equipped with CNC Controls for 4-Axis simultaneous contouring.
All Jig Mils are equipped with thermal controlled spindle heads and
selected accuracy measurement systems. These machines are capable
of holding critical tight tolerances on large components (0.0002”/.005mm).
