For large vertical machining applications, Dial Machine utilizes
a true 4 Axis CNC Gantry Machining Center that is capable of boring & machining
vertically and horizontally around the part in a single setup. By
machining the component in one setup, the operator reduces setup
time and minimizes the margin for error. This machine has a 68” W
x 118” H x 216” L working envelope.
For smaller vertical machining
applications, Dial Machine utilizes a Hurco VMC capable of machining
parts up to a 24” x 40” working envelope.
For horizontal applications, Dial Machine utilizes CNC Horizontal
Machining Centers with Pallet Shuttle Systems to optimize machining
productivity.
Our
largest
Horizontal Machining Center has a 2 Meter working envelope.
