Dial Machine, Inc./Dial Industries, Inc.
is developing and implementing an IS0 9001 Quality Management
System that
will allow us to offer
our customer’s consistent products/services at a competitive price,
delivered on time, without jeopardizing the quality of the products/services.
We will conduct periodic management reviews to monitor and develop programs
to continually improve our manufacturing/assembly processes to assure
overall customer satisfaction.
To assure that individual part geometric dimensioning & tolerance
standards are met, our Quality Technician follows stringent In-Process
and Final Inspection procedures. Our most important inspection tool,
is a three axis CMM that is used to certify that all geometric dimensions
are to print. The CMM is housed in a climate controlled room and is capable
of probing all sides of a machined part in a single setup.
Our CMM is capable of inspecting a machined component that has a 54” W
x 54” H x 100” L working envelope. In addition, the CMM is
able to measure: Concentricity, Flatness, Parallelism, Perpendicularity,
Positioning and Straightness to (+/-0.000001” +/-0.000025mm). All
inspection results are documented and are available to the customer upon
request.

Contract CMM Inspection Service
Dial Machine offers contract CMM Inspection services for those customers
that don’t have In-House CMM capabilities. Our Quality Technician
certifies that all geometric dimensions are to print and then documents
the results in a detailed inspection report.
