Dial Machine utilizes modern CNC Vertical Turning Centers
that are equipped with automatic tool changers to maximize machining
cycle times. Our largest machine can accommodate up to 73.5” diameter
swing and 60” work height.
For horizontal work, we utilize a combination of CNC and manual
turning equipment depending on the complexity of the work. Our largest
CNC turning lathe has the capability of turning parts up to 24” swing
over bed, 13-3/4” diameter swing over cross slide and 60” between
centers.
